Welcome to your cozy seaside home! This two-bedroom apartment is like a modern oasis by the beach.
It's a quiet place away from the busy city, where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Inside, you'll find a big and bright living room with comfy furniture and pretty decorations.
There are big windows that let in lots of sunlight and give you a great view of the blue sea. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all connected, making it easy to hang out with friends or relax with family.
The kitchen is nice and has everything you need to cook yummy meals while enjoying the view of the sea. The apartment has two big bedrooms.
The main one has a big bed, lots of closet space and a workingdesk.
The other bedroom has a cozy bed and a big window with a nice view.
Both bedrooms are perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a day of fun by the sea. You also get heating and air conditioning to stay comfortable all year round, fast internet to stay connected, and a safe place to park your car. Plus, there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Outside, there's a beach nearby for relaxing walks.
It's a great place to have fun and make new memories.
And if you ever want to explore, there's a charming coastal town just a short walk away, waiting to be discovered. Don't miss out on living by the sea in this awesome apartment with a balcony and sea view! It's the perfect place to call home. We want to share some house rules for your great stay.
Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of check in to 10:00 on the day of check out. Guests are responsible for taking care of their own items, and the owner is not responsible for any missing items. Please lock the entrance when you are inside, and make sure to lock doors and windows when you leave, close the parasol, turn off the lights, and all electric appliances. The owner can enter the place during special reasons to prevent damage or danger, under special circumstances. Destruction of equipment and furniture, clutter and disturbances to other guests are prohibited, and the listing specifically prohibits noise from 2:00pm-4: 00pm and 11: 00pm-7:00pm. The listing's content can only be used by people who've been registered in as guests.
Bringing animals is only allowed with your host's consent. Guests contact the touristic office, in which will provide in-person identification documents or personal information for the purposes of registering tourists with the RH Tourism Board Information System for tourist registration and checkout – eVisitor.

The Apartment is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities.
About 3 kilometres from the centre of Biograd na Moru is the Crvena Luka beach, which offers a great retreat, especially if you want to avoid a lot of noise and crowds.
The Vransko jezero Nature Park, about 10 minutes away by car, offers you a wonderful view of nature. Lake Vrana is rich in a variety of freshwater fish and is therefore a small paradise for sport fishermen.
Furthermore, you have the opportunity to explore several islands and national parks, such as Kornati, Telascica and the Krka waterfalls. Even if the island of Kornati seems to be a deserted and extremely isolated place at first glance, this park is rich in natural and cultural treasures.
Also for our younger guests, this holiday resort offers them several possibilities, such as the Dalmaland Fun & Water Park. This amusement park is located 2 km from the centre of Biograd.
In addition, the city of Zadar, which is about 30 kilometres from Biograd, offers a phenomenal view of the People's Square, which is adorned with many historical buildings, including the beautiful church of St. Lovre. You can also relax to the sound of the sea organs.
