The lodge is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Chichester Harbour, South Downs and all the area has to offer, including all of the local Goodwood events.

The space

I am excited to welcome you to my charming chalet in Lakeside Holiday Park. Located just a short drive from the town centre, it is a great place to explore all that Chichester and its surroundings have to offer. The park has a new entertainment and leisure venue, plus swimming pool.


Enter the lodge up the steps into the open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, gas hob and large American style fridge/freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The dining table sits between the kitchen and sitting room, and has enough seating for four, offering plenty of space for meals as well as the possibility of work should the need arise.

The sitting room has comfortable sofas for quiet nights in, in front of the large Smart TV. The private decking area is accessed off the sitting room and has a bistro style table and chair set as well as two sun loungers.

At the other end of the lodge, you will find a small single bedroom, with desk area on the right, and opposite the main bathroom with shower over bath. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room.


Conveniently located beside the lodge is parking for one car. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels ready for your stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.


Upon arrival, a small welcome pack to get you started is provided which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and supply bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a small convenience shop is located on the site.


We welcome pets in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire lodge with parking in the driveway. Further guest parking is available. For full use of the facilities, please register at reception when you arrive.

Other things to note

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.


Pets

One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the lodge, for an additional fee of £20 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).

- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.

- Please do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

- Please clear up after them around the property.

- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the lodge.

- Please do not leave them alone in the lodge.


Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own


IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.


The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
