Vacation studio apartment in Porto Cesareo, a few steps from the sea.
The vacation home is located in a villa with a garden shared with another vacation home.
It offers up to 4 beds. The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, outdoor shower.

Studio apartment sleeps 4 for vacations in Porto Cesareo The studio apartment is large and lovely, a single room in which there is the living area with kitchen and the sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

The studio apartment has blackout curtains on the large entrance window.
At the back there is an appurtenant courtyard with a small vegetable garden, outdoor shower and a practical pilozza.
The apartment stands in a large garden shared with another studio apartment.

The first equipped lidos are about 800 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Shared garden.
