As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability.
The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of â¬25,00 is applicable. 6.You can use our services during your stay.
We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date.
After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Pool is open from 15-05 till 15-10. 9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside.
The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 10. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools.
For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools.

The regulation issued by the Junta de AndalucÃa also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.

Jammer van het appartement dat de beide badkamers: de grote badkamer erg verouderd, en een kapot bad, de tweede badkamer was de douchebak (70x75) erg glad en de deuren waren kapot. Dus, ze zijn echt aan het groot onderhoud toe. Ook het buitenterras was vies en versleten, ook deze vraagt om groot onderhoud.
Al bij al zeker geen 5 sterren.
