Functional and modern studio apartment of approximately 17 sqm located on the ground floor of a renovated period building WITHOUT a lift (one step to access it). The apartment is located in a quiet, traffic-free street, just a 7-minute walk from Piazza dei Signori and Padua Cathedral.
The area is well served by bars, pastry shops, wine shops, restaurants and car parks.
The accommodation consists of a living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and a blind bathroom.
The internal space
The 17 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (one step to access it).
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, wardrobe, extendable dining table with chairs, 32-inch smart TV " and split A/C;
- BLIND BATHROOM (with extractor) with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The flat has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the code that we will provide you a few days before arrival, after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the italian law.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00.
Description of the area
The apartment is located in the historic center of Padua, just 500 meters (7 minutes on foot) from Padua Cathedral and the main squares.
In Corso Milano (a few minutes on foot) many lines pass (6 - 10 - 80 - 17) with which you can reach the station which is 1.6 km from the apartment.
To reach the centre, all you need to do is take a short walk.
The MoBike public service provides the possibility of free-flow bike rental. Main distances: - Padua Cathedral: 7 minutes on foot - 500 meters; - Piazza dei Signori: 7 minutes on foot - 500 meters; - University of Padua: 12 minutes on foot - 850 meters; - Palazzo Zarabella: 14 minutes on foot - 1 kilometer; - Belle Époque Cafè (Bar): 1 minute on foot - 84 meters; - Giotto pastry shop: 2 minutes on foot - 130 meters; - Eland Di Mason Antonio & C (Food): 4 minutes on foot - 300 meters; - Ai Due Gigli Pharmacy Padua: 6 minutes on foot - 400 meters. Очень маленькая душевая и слабый напор в душе.
Довольно маленькая квартира на первом этаже, немного не хватает пространства и воздуха. Окна выходят на улицу, соответственно не хочется открывать ставни.
Ну а целом довольно уютная функциональная конура в центре.

Buen lugar, en general cumplió con mis expectativas. Es una opción muy práctica si planeas pasar la mayor parte del día recorriendo o moviéndote por la ciudad y no necesitas estar demasiado tiempo en el alojamiento.

Monolocale comodo al piano terra, comodo per posizione centrale per chi si sposta a piedi, via molto tranquilla e zona ben servita, dotato di tutto il necessario, collegato bene anche tramite i mezzi pubblici.
