The farmhouse has air conditioning in all the first floor bedrooms, satellite TV, 3 dishwashers, a separate washing room with washing machine, wifi, kid’s games and ping pong table.
Parking within the property. Outdoors and swimming pool Guests will find a large fenced garden (1500 sq m), a swimming pool (12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.5m, an outdoor hot water shower, a gazebo with table for outdoor meals, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, a stonework barbecue, kid’s games and ping pong table.

The ground floor has a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, both with access to the garden, 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with showers.
On the first floor there are 2 living rooms with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and 4 bathrooms with showers. Location Il Casale is not too isolated, close to a small town on the slope of a hill not far from the famous medieval city of Cortona, in a panoramic location, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fields. Facilities The farmhouse has central heating, air conditioning in all the first floor bedrooms, fans in all the ground floor bedrooms, a baby bed, high chair, wifi, hairdryer and parking within the property. Services The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity (air conditioning not included) and gas (heating not included), internet, one baby bed and one high chair.
