Beautiful apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, including a furnished sea-view terrace to enjoy unmissable moments of relaxation.
The accommodation is located in a period building with characteristic local vaults and is located in the historic center (ZTL) but at the same time in a quiet area, just 200 meters from the free beach and a few steps from a wine bar and a tavern: the perfect location to fully experience the spirit of Monopoli. The 60 m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a period building without a lift: there are 4 steps at the entrance + the need to climb two flights of stairs to access the accommodation. There is also a further flight of stairs to access the terrace. The internal space is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave; - Living room with double sofa bed, split A/C and TV - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 2 small balconies - Sea view terrace equipped with two sun loungers and dining area, covered by a gazebo, with table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic zone so the accommodation can only be reached by car during certain hours of the day and parking is limited.
From June to September the historic center can be reached using the 3 Park & ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or using the bus that leaves from the station to the centre. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Monopoli Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from all the city's attractions.
In particular, just 200 meters from the property is Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the liveliness of colours, sounds and scents dominates.
Furthermore, 300 meters away is the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city.

In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the streets and monumental squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy. Main points of interest: - Porto Monopoli: 5 minutes on foot; - Charles V Castle: 5 minutes on foot; - Cala Porta Vecchia beach: 3 minutes on foot; - Chapter beaches: approximately 13 minutes by car (7 km). - From Monopoli station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 20 minutes on foot (1.5 km). - From Bari Airport, in addition to the taxi/car (61 km), it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the Airport to Bari Centrale Station, and from there by taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, at 20 minutes walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a traffic-restricted zone, so the property can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited.
It is preferable to leave the car in via Procaccia, Porta vecchia area and continue on foot for 5/10 mins. For the parking in the area, it is possible to pay up to a maximum of € 4.00 per day in the period from 1 October to 31 May (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 16.30 to 20.30 and only on weekdays) and a maximum of € 8.00 in the period from 1st June to 30th September (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 including holidays).

Tolles Appartement mit schöner Dachterrasse, zentral gelegen. Einziges Manko war das stinkende Badezimmer trotz dauerhaft laufender Abluft war der Geruch immer da.
