Fully-equipped, renovated bungalow with porch terrace with dining area, garden and a large community swimming pool, located in a quite area of Maspalomas, close to the golf course, the dunes and the Maspalomas beach, for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

Located on the best area of Maspalomas and surrounded by gardens and vegetation, it is a 15-20 minute walk away from the famous dunes and beach of Maspalomas and the leisure area of Meloneras.
It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas.
It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its night life or its wide restaurant offer for a relaxed dinner. The bungalow consists of a living room with a sofa/TV area, open to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a garden with sunbeds, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower, plus a third bedroom area with twin beds on a loft area accessed by stairs from the living room.
It is surrounded by nice community gardens and it has a large shared swimming pool for common use, right next to the bungalow. The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning.
There is plenty of parking spaces on the street right next to the entrance.
There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area.
The access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Weather and location to the beach
TV was not a smart Tv so i could not use it .

Such a great house in a quiet location yet near lots of restaurants, shops and the beach in Meloneras and with all the bars and nightlife of Playa del Ingles just a shirt distance away too. Plus it has some local restaurants just a short walk away too. Lots of parking and a south facing terrace to benefit from the all day sunshine. We were sad to leave the house and hope to return again very soon.
