The villa is spread over two levels, sleeping a total of 8 people.

Each room is finely appointed and cozy.

The ground floor of Villa Monacelli consists of living room, antique study with sofas, large well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

On the upper floor of the mansion, reached by stairs, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 double rooms with en suite bathroom, 1 double room and 1 twin room sharing a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.

It is possible, upon request, to add 1 bed in one of the rooms.

The windows are graceful with curtains and finished with mosquito nets.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating with radiators.

The villa`s sober and elegant architecture is furnished with fine period furniture.

The surroundings of Villa Monacelli in Fano Villa Monacelli is a residence situated in an enviable position, on top of the small hill of Monte Illuminato.

A quiet location, in the nature of the Marche region, a few minutes from Fano and in the area of Pesaro Urbino close to the most beautiful places of this territory, of naturalistic, landscape and cultural interest such as the historic center of Urbino and Gubbio.

In front of the gate of the villa is the bus stop for the bus to Fano, just 3 km away.

Same distance to the nearest beaches, lying on the Adriatic coast. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.

Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - Pool available from June to September . - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).

If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
