With partial Seaview, a stone throw away from the beach and on-site there is a small launderette, onsite shop and clubhouse with an indoor/outdoor pool, kids entertainment and activity's.

As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer , a microwave and air fryer.

The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This Caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 also has an additional sofa bed so you can sleep 6 .
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with a double wardrobe, with a unique Juliet balcony with double doors that open up with partial sea view.

The second bedroom contains a two single beds and a wardrobe.

There is 1 spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Linen is provided to make your stay more enjoyable, (Towels are not included so please bring your own towels).

Take a walk to Cudmore grove country park -At the eastern end of Mersea Island, at Cudmore Grove you’ll find a sandy beach, impressive views, grassland, kids playground meadows for relaxation and walks that will take you past interesting historical sites and an abundance of wildlife.

Mersea island boat club - includes activity’s like water absorb course paddle boarding, we now offer kayaking, windsurfing and sailing.

The Little Beach Hut Company - makes a trip to the beach a day to be remembered by providing you with your own pretty little hideaway by the sea, equipped with all you need to eat, drink and play at the beach so you can have a hassle free, fun day without lugging half your home with you.

Mersea Barns - is a new addition to Mersea. Opened in March 2019, on the site of the old Pick-your-Own, Mersea Barns is a café restaurant and shop offering high quality, freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, teas, coffees and cakes. You can also got take aways and snacks. There is a decking area with outside tables and a spacious garden with a kids play area and sand pit.
