The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, toilet, barbecue, wi-fi, living-dining room with sofa bed, full kitchen, swimming pool (pond enabled for swimming), parking.
Direct access to the A-27 motorway in all directions.
Beautiful views of the valley and the mountains, just 3 minutes from the city of Valls (shops, supermarkets, services, etc.) and 20 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Medieval Montblanc.

La casa tenía un gran terreno y tranquilidad.
La verja principal estaba suelta, costaba mucho abrirla. Echamos a faltar una manguera en la zona de la piscina y barbacoa, cañerías tanto del lavamanos exterior como de la ducha de la planta principal estaban obstruidas.
Ha sido correcta pero bastante mejorable

La ubicacion, la casa esta aislada lo que hace que puedas estar comodo. Tiene cosas muy buenas pero otras mejorables. La piscina, aunque pequeña, nos dio mucho juego por la imaginacion de los niños
Yo creo que es una casa un poco justa para 10 personas ya que dos debe dormir en el comedor. Fuimos con una señora de 82 años y o dormia en el sofa o tenia que subir dos pisos ya que donde estan las tres habitaciones no hay lavabo. Faltan detalles como una lavadora, tendedero (todo y que se ofrecieron a traerlo) , batidora, el lavavajillas no limpiaba muy bien

La cocina estaba equipada con todo lo necesario, el horno funciona perfectamente y el lavavajillas también.
Casa llena de telarañas. Sólo funcionaba la ducha de arriba, la de abajo no tragaba. El baño grande de abajo olía fatal. Las camas sonaban, a tal punto que tuvimos que dormir en el suelo con los colchones. La piscina no está pegada al suelo y tres personas al salir de ella se cortaron con la rebaba ...
