The internal space The 60 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with a lift (two steps to access it). The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV and split A/C; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, clothes hanger and split A/C; - BATHROOM with tub, shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Guests' access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other details to be noted To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 2, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
