Cozy 40m2 apartment capable of hosting up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building located in a strategic position: just 4 minutes (300 m) walk from Deiva Marina station and 3 minutes (200 m) ) walk from the free beach.
All the main services are less than 5 minutes away on foot: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. The accommodation directly overlooks the famous central square of Deiva! The space The internal space is composed as follows: -BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe. - LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs. -KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils; -BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, air conditioning (1 split), washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. Parking space available in the condominium area (NOT GUARANTEED) Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Deiva Marina, equal to EUR 1 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 7 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
