Splendid 93 sqm apartment on two levels, ideal for 6 people, located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in an exclusive area in Porto Cervo, a few steps from the center and the characteristic square.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.

The internal space
The 93 sqm two-level apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).
ATTENTION. Please note the presence of an internal staircase (pay more attention if you are traveling with small children).

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds pushed together and clothes hanger;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with sofa and chairs (accessible only from the living room).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the living room and in the double bedroom on the lower level), washing machine (in the closet), wardrobe (in the corridor on the lower level), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Description of the area
The accommodation is located in Porto Cervo, the undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is a coastal hamlet of the Gallura center of Arzachena.
In the summer it becomes an extraordinary and glittering parade of yachts, yachts and famous people: in the little square it is easy to find yourself shopping with film and television stars.
The seaside village was built around a natural inlet that resembles a deer. The port is home to the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, a prestigious club that organizes international sailing regattas.
To best enjoy your stay we recommend traveling by car!
Not to be missed is the Stella Maris church, designed by the architect Michele Busiri Vici, which dominates Porto Cervo marina.
A few steps from the tourist center are breathtaking beaches: Cala Granu beach, Grande Pevero beach, behind which lie well-kept golf courses. Separated by a promontory, you will find the small beach of Piccolo Pevero.
Offshore you will admire the islets of Li Nibani, 'the seagulls'. Two kilometers further south there are other wonders: the Romazzino and the Principe beach (in honor of the Aga Khan). At the opposite base of the 'emerald' promontory, you will be amazed by delightful coves, including Cala di Volpe and Liscia Ruja. Even further south, don't miss the paradise of Cala Capriccioli.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi in 37 minutes.
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 514 to the "Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA" stop. From here it is necessary to take Line 601 to the "Molino Ficaccia" stop, from which it is possible to take Line 604 to the "Porto Cervo" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
- From Olbia station, it is possible to reach the "Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA" stop (2 minutes on foot) and take Line 601 to the "Molino Ficaccia" stop, from which it is possible to take Line 604 to the stop "Porto Cervo", 4 minutes walk from the property.
- If you are traveling by car, the property has a covered parking space in the garage. It is located in block n.3 and the assigned number is 4. To access it you need to pass a bar. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee on blue lines (NOT guaranteed).
