Torre Nuova Luxury is a prestigious villa with private pool and large solarium area, located a few kilometers from Castellana Grotte.
The villa has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a splendid outdoor area, perfect to enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation in a strategic position and to reach the main tourist locations as Itria Valley.
The sea of Polignano and Monopoli is far few kilometers by car. Torre Nuova Luxury can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has air conditioning and satellite TV in all rooms and Wi-Fi inside and outside. A large gate welcomes you on the gravel driveway where there is parking. A second gate allows access to the property where there is a garden with English lawn and olive trees, characteristic of our territory. The main building has a large veranda with table, chairs and outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, barbecue, hob and wood-burning oven.
The ideal solution for enjoying a relaxing summer dinner under the stars with your friends or family. A large staircase leads to the pool area (14m x 5.20m x hmax 1.40m) equipped with a pergola, a large solarium area with deckchairs and cabanas.
Under the pergola we find the entrance to a small annex equipped with a fridge and a bathroom with shower.
You can also give the background music you prefer to your moments thanks to the stereo system to which you can connect with a smartphone or PC. Inside the house we find a large living room with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV and table with chairs.
There is also an internal kitchen equipped with fridge, induction hob, sink, dishwasher and oven and a laundry room with toilet.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find two double bedrooms with satellite TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The corridor also leads to the first floor of the tower where there is the third double bedroom.
From the bedroom it is necessary to go up to the second floor to reach the bathroom with shower and the splendid terrace with a view of the entire property and the surrounding area. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. Torre Nuova Luxury is far 51 Km from the Bari Airport, 86 Km from the Brindisi Airport.
The nearest sea is that of Polignano a Mare about 20 km far, where there are sandy free beaches and equipped lidos in Capitolo (sea hamlet of Monopoli) at about 25 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, it is possible to reach the caves of Castellana Grotte at 3 Km, Polignano a Mare at 18 Km, Alberobello at 19 Km, Locorotondo and Martina Franca at 28 Km, Cisternino at 35 Km, Ostuni at 56 Km, Matera at 60 Km and Lecce at 125 Km. While for nature lovers we strongly recommend the Natural Park and the gorgeous white beach of Torre Guaceto at 70 Km.
