Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a complex of trulli with typical and evocative architecture.
The accommodation is located in an enviable position: just 10 minutes from the historic center but at the same time in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay and visiting Martina Franca comfortably on foot.
The train station is just 15 minutes away on foot.
Parking included! The 70m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex and has two independent entrances from the kitchen and living room. Please note the presence of some internal steps that separate the various rooms. The internal space is made up as follows: - KITCHEN with dining table, A/C fan coil and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle and microwave - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, A/C fan coil and TV - BEDROOM with double bed, small chest of drawers and TV - BATHROOM I equipped with wc, bidet and shower - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and shower - Covered PATIO equipped with sofas and table. Uncovered parking space available in the garden. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, underfloor heating and cooling, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca, equal to EUR 0.80 per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. A visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical style fountains is unmissable.
Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
