The accommodation of 30 sqm is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (a step to access).


The interior space is composed as follows
- BEDROOM with double bed;

- LIVING ROOM with two single armchairs, TV, table with chairs, wardrobe;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, independent heating, air conditioning (split A/C at the entrance).


PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is NOT equipped with a door.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.


The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.


If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.

After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00

EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00

It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.


Check-out: before 11:00.
