The living area is characterized by masonry with exposed stones, typical of Salento`s rural architecture. The sleeping area of Villa Ipanema consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are doubles and one twin with single beds.

Two full shower rooms serve both the living and sleeping areas. The surroundings of Villa Ipanema in Torre Vado Villa Ipanema stands in a scenic area, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Pescoluse and less than 3 km from Torre Vado, two of the most popular seaside resorts for beach vacations in Salento.

The nearest towns, with all services, are Salve and Morciano di Leuca, just 3.5 km away, but the wonderful Santa Maria di Leuca is also at hand, as it is located only 10 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
