The Manor House is a large 5-bed vacation apartment in an ancient farmhouse with swimming pool and riding stables, in the countryside of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of the Ionian Sea.

The apartment is on the second floor of the masseria and is equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer and TV, mosquito nets.

The Manor House consists of living room adorned with a large stone fireplace in the center, table and chairs, and TV.

From here you enter the small living room with balcony and panoramic view, and the 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple, both with air conditioning.

The kitchen is a large room with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Completing the interior is 1 shower room.

All around the farmhouse expanses of green and red earth dotted with ancient trulli accompany the gaze toward the blue horizon of the sea, which is clearly visible on clear days. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.

Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Shared Pool available from June to September. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
