The villa has five bedrooms, comfortable beds for all guests. In the yard, there is a spacious 30 m² glazed garden pavilion with a reed roof, and a separate cooking hut, equipped with LPG-powered grill pan. Additionally, there is also a gas grill and a wood-heated smoker. At the beach, there is a wood-heated lakeside sauna, which includes a separate living room (with sofas and a fireplace) and a terrace with a hydro massage bath.
The private sandy beach is shallow at the shore but deepens quickly.
