The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, gas oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; - LIVING AREA with dining table and TV; - SLEEPING AREA with a double sofa bed; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, portable fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. A parking space is available in the covered garage reserved for guests - number 78. PLEASE NOTE: NO A/C - a portable fan is provided. The building has an elevator - NOT suitable for disabled persons. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. Tutto come descritto in foto, nuovo e molto pulito. Riscaldamento perfetto.
Comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione inoltre ha il posto auto
Unico neo mancava shampoo e bagnoschiuma ed il materasso era scomodo.

Very well maintained property.
It would have been better it was a proper bed instead of a sofa cum bed. The middle sagged a lot.

Ottima posizione , abbastanza centrale , vicino alla stazione FS e stazione bus ,,, quindi ci si può spostare facilmente.
All Interno di un residence , molto tranquillo e silenzioso , situato al secondo piano con ascensore.
Solo una cosa non mi è piaciuto :
C'era una bella macchina x caffè espresso
Ma nemmeno una capsula x poter degustare un buon caffè al mattino , magari avrei gradito qualche biscottino , ecc
