5 Tregenna Court is a first-floor apartment featuring two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin. The property includes a shower room with a rainfall walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, and opens onto a balcony. The apartment is equipped with central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and coffee machine. Entertainment options include a TV and WiFi. The rent includes fuel, power, bed linen, and towels. On-site car parking is available. Great location. Really happy with how well equipped the holiday let was. Lots of extras, books, games, dvds. I am pleased there was no smart tv as i would not have re watched some of my old favourites on DVD. Heating and additional heaters provided, made our wintery holiday a warm one. Thank you,

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean, well appointed with a lovely bathroom. Kitchen had great appliances, thank you ever so for the milk, biscuits, fresh flowers and other goodies. Entertainment provided for those wet days, huge dvd collection, books and board games. Luckily we did not need them. All in all, absolutely perfect, would come again in a heartbeat.

The property was brilliant, there was nothing that hadn't been thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfy, shower was amazing. It is in a gated complex which is superbly kept, close to all you need. The DVD collection was brilliant and a well balanced choice, Star wars marathon was a must
