The sea is 1 km away from the villa.
The area is famous for its gorgeous seaside, and the Maremma territory’s Mediterranean scrub vegetation and charming towns. The location offers panoramic views: from the garden there are views of the sea and the Porto Santo Stefano’s old fortress. Nearby Porto Santo Stefano has ferry service to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.
The Argentario promontory is rich with rocky coves reachable on foot or with a boat rental; Feniglia Beach, the most famous sandy beach, is about 12 km from the villa. Outside, the grounds offer a large garden with a lovely outdoor dining area and an above ground pool. At guests’ disposal: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6, air conditioning in all bedrooms, large outdoor spaces, barbecue area and outdoor dining area, panoramic views of the countryside and the sea, private pool (above ground; 6 x 3,5 m - depth 1,5 m), washing machine, private parking on the grounds Distances: Porto Santo Stefano (shops of all kinds) 1 km, Feniglia beach (sand) 12 km, Porto Ercole 13 km, Talamone and Uccellina Natural Park 28 km, Capalbio 37 km, Grosseto 45 km, Pitigliano 66 km, Siena 120 km, Rome 170 km, Florence 195 km. War sehr schön und entspannt wir freuen uns schon jetzt, wenn wir wieder mal Zeit haben …????..
Das Haus und der Garten sowie der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand und der Stadt ist einfach perfekt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bzw. Verwalterin war angenehm und es hat alles gepasst..
Wir kommen dann wieder ..????

L’alloggio risponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione. La posizione è relativamente isolata, consigliabile avere un auto per raggiungerla. È immersa nella natura e con una vista molto bella. La piscina era pulita e ben tenuta. La cucina e la zona griglia bene attrezzate. Unica nota: diverse prese non funzionavano correttamente, forse per il mal tempo dei giorni precedenti.
