Spacious and bright apartment of 100 sqm located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (some steps to access), can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The accommodation is located in a strategic position: just a few minutes walk from the station of Mestre and the city center.
The bus stop is just a few minutes walk.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies.
Accommodation of 100 sqm located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator (some steps to access).
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, balcony;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV, table and chairs, balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka and coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses, balcony;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and wc;
- BATHROOM 2 with bathtub with shower, bidet and wc;
- BALCONI.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer, coat stand, central heating, air conditioning (living room).

The bus stop n.15 is located a few minutes walk from the apartment and in about 8 minutes you can reach the city of Venice.
There are parking places in the street for a fee. Easily accessible from the airports of Venice, Treviso and Mestre station and the motorway. - Blind Spot - Cocktail Bar Venice: 8 minutes on foot; - Hostaria Vite Rossa (restaurant): 6 minutes on foot; - Interspar Mestre Supermarket Turin: 8 minutes walk. - From the Venice "Marco Polo" airport you can take a taxi and reach the apartment in just 17 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the n15 bus "Mestre Fs" and continue to the stop "Corso del Popolo Torino", just 3 minutes on foot from the property. - From the Venice Santa Lucia station you can take the bus n4L "Mestre Centro" and continue to the stop "Corso del Popolo", just 4 minutes on foot from the accommodation. - If you are travelling by car, you can park on blue stripes (for a fee) in the streets adjacent to the property.

Muy buena ubicación ya que tiene un supermercado cerca y está a una distancia caminable de la estación de tren. La lavadora no funciona bien, el agua escurría y deja la ropa empapada (no funciona su centrífuga). Además de eso, todo perfecto, lo recomendaría.

A casa é bem espaçosa, banheiros bons, tudo limpo, acesso por elevador e ótima localização (fácil acesso ao mercado e ponto de onibus que leva à Veneza ilha direto).
Sentimos falta de utensílios (mais panelas) e o apartamento é quente (para quem viaja no verão, os 2 ar-condicionados estão mal locali...
