The B&B is housed in a warehouse dating back to 1911. The apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2016, preserving various original features. The apartment totals 60 m2, has several rooms and comes with a private dock for guests who are traveling around by boat. The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The patio equipped with dining table and chairs, looks like a gallery through the light from above, the artworks on the wall and the modern classic look. With two steps down you are in the beautiful bathroom with double rain shower and Mediterranean floor. Following that you will find the bedroom with a double bed and a spacious walk-in closet, including built-in television. On the second floor is a spacious corner sofa with smart TV. This corner sofa can also be used as a sofa bed (160mx200m).
