It features a Belfast sink, a Smeg range cooker with double electric oven and five burner induction hob, a fridge, freezer and full size dishwasher, a luxury Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils are provided

Upstairs on the first floor, this bright bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables with Anglepoise lamps, wardrobes, and a mirror. Window shutters allow for restful lie-ins

Bathroom

Located off the landing, halfway up the stairs, the spacious family bathroom features Dornbracht tapware, including a large walk-in shower with both rain and hand-held shower heads, a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet. The cast iron free-standing bath is perfect for a relaxing soak.


Parking

Space for one car in the private car park on Victoria Square. Guests will need to display the permit provided at all times. About 3 minutes’ walk is the Harbour long stay car park

For guests looking to enjoy a car-free stay, the cottage couldn’t be in a better location. Penzance train station is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the property. For nearby destinations including Newlyn, Mousehole, Land’s End and Porthcurno, the local bus network will get you there and back with ease. Getting to St Ives is a breeze, with direct trains from Penzance to St Erth, where you can transfer to the picturesque branch line. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful rail journeys in the UK, this short, scenic trip offers stunning views of the Cornish coast. If you fancy a day trip to the Isles of Scilly, simply hop aboard the passenger ferry at Penzance Ferry Terminal, less than 15-minutes’ walk from the cottage.
