Landhaus Simone is located right in the heart of Saalbach in the beautiful Glemmtal valley, which is part of the Kitzbühel Alps.
The fantastic panorama of these fascinating mountain landscapes make our region a hot spot for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds and active summer holidaymakers.

The spacious flat house offers guests a perfect retreat to enjoy and relax.
The 3 flats vary in size and each offer space for several people.
Couples, families or friends are very welcome in our four Alpine-style apartments! The apartment Alpenfeuer is located on the upper floor and has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living area with a fireplace and a top-equipped kitchen as well as a cosy dining area with a great view of the mountains.
The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a seating and dining area and a barbecue.
