The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated.
The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance. Additional Information The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee . Please contact BeachVillas 48 hours before your arrival. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The location of the villa was perfect and the pool is probably the best pool weve had with a villa. Very safe for our 3 year old grandson with fence and gates. The outside space for eating was perfect, large and shaded with lovely table and chairs. Being all on one level suited the family and all rooms were large so provided plenty of space for us all.

Pool was excellent but the loungers are very old, worn & extremely uncomfortable. Villa facilities really need updating & some areas need additional cleaning. Crockery & cutlery needs updating. Wifi was good. A basic welcome pack would be really useful given the lack of local shops.
