The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of 25 euros per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your arrival. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

A fabulous villa with all the require amenities and kept very clean and tidy with regular sheet/towel changes. The pool was superb and very private, clean and well filtered. The new supermarket is almost next door, well stocked and competitively priced. I cannot praise this villa and location well enough.

Wonderful location within walking distance of the marina with restaurants and supermarket just 2 minute walk away. Villa is very spacious with a good size pool.

What we most liked about the villa, is the simple furniture but very comfortable at the same time. The villa was spotlessly clean and you had everything you needed in the villa. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants made the experience even better.
