There's something special about waking up high above the city and watching the light change over Lake Constance. Step out onto your private balcony, sit down at the table, and take it all in — the water, the mountains beyond, the quiet of the morning. The view alone is worth the stay.
The Apartment
The apartment is compact but well thought out for two people. There's a larger bedroom with a queen-size bed and a smaller second room with a single bed — useful if you want to sleep separately or just need somewhere to throw your bags. Fresh sheets and towels are included, and there's a bathroom with a shower. A fridge with a small freezer keeps things cool, and there's a stovetop coffee maker to get your day started right. The building has a large elevator, so arriving with luggage is easy.
The Location
You're right in the centre of Bregenz, which means most things are on foot. The Bregenz Festival (Festspielhaus) is a short walk away, as is the main train station. The lake port — where ferries run to places like Lindau and Meersburg — is also nearby, making it easy to explore the wider Lake Constance region. For those arriving by car, affordable paid parking is available at Parkplatz Seestadt on Seestraße, just a 2-minute walk away.

Wirtshaus am See is the kind of place you can always rely on — solid Austrian cooking and more, right on the lake promenade, with a great terrace in summer and an open fire in winter. For something even more special, Petrus Café Brasserie is a Michelin-listed French-Belgian restaurant in a beautiful historic building in the old town. Think mussels, oysters, coq au vin, crème brûlé, and Belgian beer — it's the place to go if you want a proper night out.

Check- in war persönlich, Gastgeber wohnt nebenan, Parken vor Ort ausnahmsweise möglich .Küche existiert nicht, wie in der Beschreibung auch angegeben. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, Tassen, diverse Teesorten, Nescafe, einen Kühlschrank mit Wein, Bier , Wodka, Softdrinks und gefiltertem Wasser.

Lovely little town with lots to do and see. The apartment had the most stunning views over the lake, was perfectly positioned on the middle of everything and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Superapartment, tolle Aussicht, keine Sorge, wenn der Kontakt seitens des Vermieters erst sehr spät (1 Tag vor Anreise) erfolgt... sehr empfehlenswert
