Discover SunnyValley, a modern and cozy retreat located in the heart of Dolores! This newly built house offers the perfect space for families and groups of up to 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and space for 5 guests in double beds.
The home stands out for its single-floor design and bright atmosphere, with wide views of the mountains, private pool, and garden. It features a 250m² terrace and a fully fenced 300m² plot, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments with a barbecue area and garden furniture.
The interior is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, electric heating, high-speed WiFi, and HD television. The fully independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils.
The house has two bathrooms with showers, a cozy living room with a fireplace and seating area, and a dining area perfect for sharing special moments. Pets are allowed, and private parking is available for 3 vehicles.
Its location is unbeatable: just 2 km from the center of Dolores, near the Hondo Natural Park, and a short distance from beaches such as Guardamar del Segura. Perfect for those seeking tranquility with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions.

Superbe villa. Dommage que la climatisation ne soit présente que dans la grande chambre et le salon. Les 2 autres chambres sont dépourvu de climatisation, lorsqu'il fait chaud impossible d'y passer la nuit,. Le jardin est formidable decore. Il faudrait tout de même rafraîchir la propriété car des carreaux de carrelage sont cassés.

Muy bonito todo, hemos disfrutado y descansafo mucho! La recomiendo 100%! Solo mejoraría la iluminación del porche de la entrada, ya que para jugar a juegos de mesa y cena nos faltó luz,
