Holiday self-catered house in a rustic setting, located within an old horse post-house property in the village of Chessy, just 5km from Disneyland Paris. Ideal for family vacations; also well suited for groups of vacationers.
The main garden is an oasis of calm with an enclosed heated swimming pool about 20m away attached to the veranda of the owners' house - pool is open every day from around 10am to 11pm (pool available mid-April to mid-October only). There is also a small, charming rear garden with terrace ideal for BBQ’s or for just a little more privacy.
The house is cosy and features an open-plan spacious kitchen and large dining/living area receiving direct sunlight through the full glass sliding doors. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom situated on the 1st floor include 1 double room and a 2nd bedroom ideal for children with up to 5 single beds. There is a further single bed in the corridor. The house has two air-conditioning units for times of extreme Summer heat, also a wood burning stove for cold Winters. The house in non-smoking.
The area offers plenty of shopping possibilities, with one of Europe’s largest shopping malls and designer outlets just 4km from the property which is open every day and attracts shoppers worldwide. Also located within easy access of the RER and TGV train stations. RER journey time 35 minutes to Paris.
There are many places of interest, historical sites such as chateaux, Champagne vineyards and leisure activity locations, within easy reach by car or public transport - information is available at the property.
Parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house available.
The guest house is completely independent and although located on the owners' property, guests can enjoy peace and privacy and we hope, the freedom of feeling in a home from home setting. The overall ambiance of the property is rustic rather than hotel.

La maison est très chaleureuse et toute équipée, notre séjour y fut très agréable au coin de la cheminée.

Die ganze Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, kein fließendes warmes Wasser in der Dusche und Spüle, das Wasser roch sehr stark nach irgendwelchen Chemikalien oder Metall, zum trinken und kochen nicht zu gebrauchen, die Terrassensitzgruppe war nicht nutzbar weil total verstockt, der Pool war ok.
