Casa Ada, on the ground floor of the house, features a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxation after a day spent on the beach and in the sun.
The dining room is ideal for family meals and gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals.
The ground floor also includes a bathroom for added convenience.
The house's courtyard is a true relaxation oasis.
The covered terrace is equipped with seating furniture for enjoying the fresh air, while the sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun's rays.
The outdoor fireplace is ideal for grilling and cooking.
The private parking with two parking spaces ensures the safety of your vehicles.
