On the 4th floor of the building there is a beautiful garden with a playground for children. From the apartment there is a magnificent view of the city, including the PGE National Stadium and the Palace of Culture and Science. The neighboring area is also well-developed, with many shopping and catering points on the nearby streets. The closest green area, Poliński Park, is 10 minute walk away from the shopping center. The location can be a great starting point to explore the rest of Warsaw thanks to convenient access to other districts. The roundabout Wiatraczna – an important communication node - is 220 m from the apartment. By using public transport the city center and the Old Town can be reached directly without changing lines in 25 minutes. The area is very well connected to other parts of the city and offers convenient access to the center.
