We are located in a lively district well served by public transport, where the city market is held on Tuesdays; the property is close to Parma hospital (a few minutes' walk) and the Trianon Fountain.

The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small terrace.


The interior space is organised as follows
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, oven, mocha coffee maker, refrigerator and other cooking utensils), dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, TV, washing machine, split A/C.

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

- TERRACE (access from living room with one step to access it).


ATTENTION: there is one step to access the entrance of the apartment.


FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split in the living room), iron and ironing board, clothes rack, hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The accommodation is located in the western part of the city; the centre and the main points of interest are easily reached in a few minutes by public transport or by car, or in about twenty minutes on foot

- Parma Cathedral: 20 minutes by bus/12 minutes by car;

- Basilica di San Giovanni: 20 minutes by bus/12 minutes by car;
