Great communication with staff, they're excellent and helpful. Superb location, right in the city centre. Comfortable, cosy and extremely warm apartment.
Upon my arrival the apartment wasn't cleaned and I have been offered alternative accommodation for the first night. Cleaners could do a bit better job.
