The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property.

I would agree with the other ratings. Great view, very responsive management, clean, had all the basic amenities, reasonably priced and could use a little cosmetic updating but for the price and view it was great!

Great location made it super easy to see San Diego, and a fantastic view. Easy free street parking. The apartment was basic and not super well maintained, but did meet our basic needs.

I had a great time at this property! The view from the balcony never gets old and the location is so close to everything. It had all the amenities I needed but it's a bit outdated. The TV is also really really slow. Parking wasn't too bad especially considering the area. You will hear planes fl...
