Casa Parlavecchia is located on the ground floor of a villa with 6 apartments, just 150 meters from the village of Rosignano Marittimo. The beaches are about 5 km away.


It has a completely fenced shared garden. In the exclusive outdoor area we find an outdoor table with umbrella and another shared outdoor area with use of the barbecue.


Equipped with a large living room with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed (200 x 180 m with 18 cm mattress) and single sofa bed (only for children up to 12 years old), walk-in closet, bathroom with shower cabin and small washing machine area.

We like it because included in the rates:

- First supply of bed linen and towels with weekly change (every 7 days)

- Energy consumption of electricity, water and gas and wifi use. Cleaning of the kitchenette and disposal of waste are the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 30 + € 50 euros for waste will be charged.


Mandatory costs to be paid on site
- €200 deposit refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. For waste disposal if not carried out by the customer, €50 will be charged.
