This apartment with parking place in underground located in a recent residence. It is ideally located between the historic center of Guyancourt and the forest. Shops and play areas are a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. Located 30 minutes from Paris and 15 minutes from Versailles, on the edge of the Chevreuse valley. 10 minutes from the golf course and the National Vélodrome. Close to the major head offices of RENAULT, BMW, NISSAN, THALES, BOUYGUES.
Located in a quiet and recent residence, this apartment is arranged as follows

★ a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs
★a very well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) with all the elements for cooking comfortably
★ a toilet
★a terrace with coffee table and benches
★ a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, bedside tables, storage space
★ a bedroom with 2 adult single beds and bedside tables
★ a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a vanity unit, mirror and a washing machine

It is a very pleasant area with play areas, parks and ponds on the edge of the forest. The shops are 2 steps from the apartment.
To go to Paris by public transport, the “Monuments au Morts” bus stop on line 439 is a 5-minute walk away. The bus will take you to Versailles-Chantier station where you will take the RER C to Paris.
By car you can take the A12 then the A13 very easily to reach Paris.
We require a deposit of 500 euros through the STRIPE platform for travelers who have less than 3 reviews on AirBnB or with a rating lower than 4.5.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood by being polite and courteous.
Please take off your shoes in the house.
We ask you not to make noise between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m.
We give ourselves the right to intervene in the accommodation in the event of an emergency even if you are not there. We will inform you of our visit.

Nous avons passez un bon séjour au sein de l’appartement qui est très fonctionnel pour une famille avec enfant . L’appartement est grand et bien équipé rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. Un seul petit bémol pour l’odeur de tabac présente dans l’une des chambres qui n’est pas partie malgré l’aération constante de celle ci.
