The Stella Brigita holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, 7 km from the town of Pazin, on top of a hill.
It is the last property in a row, offering a stunning 360° view and situated on a fully fenced plot of 2000 m².
The ground floor is closed, while the first floor, with a total area of 130 m², features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
Guests have access to two air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the hallway cooling the bedrooms.
For a breath of fresh air, the garden includes a large outdoor pool of 26 m² with furniture for dining and sunbathing.
In addition to the spectacular view from the living room terrace, Stella Brigita offers a full nature experience with a barbecue located under a centuries-old oak tree.
The deep shade and the scent of lavender are a guaranteed recipe for total relaxation.
On the estate, guests can taste various seasonal fruits, enjoy the olive grove producing its own olive oil, and grapes for homemade brandy.

The nearest shop is 500 meters away, while restaurants and supermarkets are 2-5 km.
The nearest beach is 20 km from the property, as are two waterparks and a zip-line 7 km away.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit einem sehr schönen Garten und tollem Pool. Seine moderne Einrichtung,eine Küchenausstattung,die keine Wünsche offen ließ und das hohe Maß an Sauberkeit ließen uns erholsame 14 Tage verleben.
Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und erfüllten uns viele Wünsche.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Familie Brajkovic in ihrem wunderbaren Ferienhaus zu Gast. Selten haben wir so liebenswerte und freundliche Ferienhausgastgeber getroffen.
Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns äußerst wohlgefühlt und kommen sicherlich ein drittes Mal wieder.

Wir haben uns von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig freundlich. Wir wurden mit landestypischen Köstlichkeiten bekocht und haben mehrfach frischen Salat aus dem Garten bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk.
