This cozy vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests in a peaceful area near Vordingborg, featuring a lovely garden, outdoor seating, and proximity to exciting attractions like the beach and nature center.
The holiday home features a spacious and well-maintained entrance area, ideal for putting on shoes and hanging outer clothing.
The living room is cozy and beautifully furnished, equipped with a streaming TV, a comfortable sofa group, and an inviting dining area, complemented by a wood stove for colder days.
The compact kitchen includes four ceramic cooktops, an oven, a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
Both bedrooms are designed with a bunk bed accommodating one person on top and a double bed (140 cm wide) below, allowing for three guests in each room.
The bathroom efficiently uses space and includes a toilet, a shower, and a sink.
Additionally, a small laundry room with a washing machine is available.
The house features an energy-efficient heat pump for optimal comfort. The vacation house features a lovely outdoor area that is perfect for relaxation and socializing.
Located behind the house, the charming space includes a standing table with bar stools and a comfortable sofa, inviting guests to unwind, read, or enjoy a drink in good company.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful, partially enclosed garden, offering multiple spots to bask in the sun, while a stylish stone-flagged terrace provides an ideal setting for outdoor activities.
