Additional Information The house heating is 25 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
Tourist Tax: €3 per day for the first 3 nights (excludes children under 3 years old).
This is paid upon arrival in the local agent.
Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €50 per pet.

Sauna, a fee of €5 applies per use, payable in cash to the local agent upon arrival.

We had an amazing time Villa Patty in Assisi, Umbria! The villa was nice and clean and the garden itself was a haven, with a lovely BBQ area and private off-road parking, making it the perfect retreat from the world.

Villa Patty is a comfortable and clean villa with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The owners, who live next door, were always at hand and responded to questions very quickly. The villa has a couple of restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Il Girasole where we had ...

It was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Nice outside area with garden. Highly recommended. We repeat for sure!
