The property includes a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. There's also electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books. Fuel and an initial £50 of power are included, with additional power available via a coin meter. Bed linen and towels are also provided, and a travel cot is available. Outside, there is driveway parking for two cars and a semi-enclosed (due to low wall; pets must be supervised) private garden with a lawn and picnic bench. One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement. Note: Sitting room is accessed via both bedrooms, there are low doorways throughout, and two steps lead down between the bedroom and the sitting room. The owners live next door.
