A cosy and bright 1 bedroom apartment set within a quiet development in central Preston.
The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard, with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home.
Located in the heart of the city just a short stroll from the shops restaurants and bars, this is the ideal base for your stay in Preston. Guests have sole access to the property. Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information Pets: Not allowed.
