Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just 2 minutes away. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in less than 30 minutes, or a 20 minute drive.
