It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. The main shopping district, home to high street brands, is just 10 minutes walk away. As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Lime Street Train Station is literally across the road, and Liverpool Central is just 5 minutes walk away.
