Welcome to our seaside retreat located in Margate, just a short stroll from the beach, Dreamland, Turner Centre, SeaScub Sauna, Old Town Restaurants and a whole lot more. This ground-floor property is ideal for solo travellers, couples or small families, offering a double bedroom as well as double sofa bed in the living area.
The walk-in shower and modern bathroom ensure convenience for all guests, including those with accessibility needs.

The open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee maker—perfect for whipping up meals after a day of exploring. Enjoy relaxing evenings in the lounge with a flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi.

The private garden has patio seating, seasonal fauna and lighting. Please use ashtrays provided if you smoke. This space is pet-friendly too, but please limit yourself to one or two pets and bring their own beds and blankets

After you have explored Margate it is only a short ride by train, bus, cab or bike to explore local attractions like Herne Bay Beach, Reculver Towers, and nearby towns such as Whitstable (Oysters), Canterbury (Cathedral), Blean Bison rewilding Safari- this property is the perfect base for beach days, sightseeing, Dreamland Events and family adventures.

Can we bring our pets to the property?
We are pet lovers and have a dog ourselves, we'd love for you to bring your pets along to stay with us! We do have some rules around this though, so if you have any concerns about the property and your pets, please enquire before booking.

Is there space for us to park our car?
There is ample free on street parking all around the property and surrounding streets - during the summer and big events this can get quite busy though.

Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a residential area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
