It has numerous sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax in an ideal location with beautiful views. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and other points of interest in the south of the island.
In addition, its perfect access to the motorway makes it easy to visit other areas of Tenerife. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, living-dining room, terrace, hairdryer, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, bed linen, towels and communal swimming pool. There is also air conditioning in the lounge/diner and bedroom. The complex has a limited car park, parking is possible as long as there are free spaces. Due to the dearth of water in the region where the property is situated, the water company has indicated that there may be sporadic nighttime water disruptions without prior notification. Schlimm! Vier Wochen gebucht. Nach einem Tag abgebrochen.Als exklusive Anlage beschrieben aber Katastrophe. Einigung mit Vermieter nicht möglich.Der Rechtsanwalt hat die Sache übernommen.

It is a lovely, little apartment that is very well located in Costa del Silencio. It was clean and bright and we loved the terrace. The residential block is quite and absolutely safe, we left the windows open for the night. We loved the fact that it is on the first floor and it has amazing views of ...
