The appartment is on the first floor (without elevevator) and has a large balcony with a nice view of the mountains.

Description of the accommodation
The centrally located, newly renovated 3-room apartment is within walking distance (7-8 minutes) of the mountain railroads and the "Stenna" shopping center in Flims. The bright and high-quality apartment on the 1st floor offers 74m2 of space for a maximum of 6 guests. It has a spacious living room with sofa bed (190x150cm) and balcony (16m2). The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size double beds (200x180cm) and a spacious wardrobe and each has an en-suite bathroom (1 with shower & washbasin, 1 with bathtub & washbasin). There is also a separate toilet with washbasin.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine, raclette oven and accessories, fondue dishes for cheese and meat fondue and many other kitchen utensils.
Interior design and technology The living room has a Smart TV with apps for the most popular streaming services. WLAN is available free of charge. In the bedrooms there are socket cubes with USB-A and USB-C connections.
Parking The apartment has a garage space and an outdoor parking space, which can be used free of charge during the rental period. Electric cars can be charged for a fee at the nearby Stenna Center.
Bed linen and towels, final cleaning and all taxes and VAT are included in the final price. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are allowed on request. There is an additional charge of CHF 40 per stay for your pet.
