Via dello Storione is located in Conchiglia, it is located north of the town and extends to the neighboring municipality of Castagneto Carducci, where we find a long stretch of beach bordered by 8 km of beautiful Mediterranean scrub.
Here the beach is sandy, very wide and the sea is crystal clear.
We find some bathing establishments (Conchiglia to be precise) and 8 km of pristine beach where you can take long and pleasant walks. In the sought-after area of Conchiglia, in via Storione n.4, in an elegant building on the sea, apartment on two levels with a dining terrace and parking space. On the first floor we find the kitchenette - living room, the double bedroom and the bathroom with window and shower, going up to the upper attic floor we find another double bedroom with bathroom. EQUIPMENT: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, 2 TVs, WIFI, air conditioning in the attic floor, washing machine (shared with another apartment). BEDS: The beds are 6 consisting of two double beds and two single beds. LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
